1:1 Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are 45-minute video calls to provide families with a dedicated space to discuss their specific situation. Before the session, you will fill out a questionnaire, helping us understand your child's needs and any concerns they may have.
During the session, we dive into these details, discussing your child's development, behaviors, and any challenges they may be facing. With my expertise as a pelvic floor physical therapist, and your expertise in your own child, we will work together to create a personalized plan tailored to your family’s needs.
Whether you're navigating the challenges of potty training or addressing pelvic floor concerns, our 1:1 sessions provide you with the guidance and support you need every step of the way. Let's work together to make potty time a happy time for your child!
